Italy and Provence at Your Doorstep!     If you are like us, you will never be caught out with an unexpected guest if you have a jar or two of our gourmet sauces - or three or four or more - on your shelves. Added to cooking for a delicious flavour or a quick pasta sauce. We always get out a few small bowls and tip different things out of jars into them - and a heap of crispy bread or biscuits! You will get, if you are lucky - at the Hermitage, - some fresh bread straight from the oven. We carry it out and eat it al fresco on the table in the courtyard. (All very Italian and civilised - just the right thing to go with that new urn and the fountain you bought yesterday for architectural ambience).       Add some lettuce, a sliced crunchy cucumber and baby carrots to dip into the sauces and some radishes. Add an avocado or two and some olives and you won't need to cook at all. Perhaps someone will heat up the left over pumpkin soup from yesterday and put it into mugs - heaven! Only takes a minute - and then you can talk. - Followed by some freshly brewed tea or coffee with some Honey Flapjack!
