This beautiful vinagriette style preserve make a colourful addition to a meal. Drain a little of the juice and add to your leafy green salad, then add the remaining contents of the jar to a block or two of light Philly cheese, add thinly chopped ham to salmon.....this is a dip to die for!!!
Delicious with cheese, ham, corned meats, roast beef. Add some to mashed potato chopped ham, a couple of fresh eggs, season to taste with pepper, salt and some fresh herbs.
Form into patties and cover in bread crumbs...gently fry and enjoy!!!
